Welcome to Go POS. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Go POS mobile application.
By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
1. Authorized Use
Go POS is intended only for authorized admin users approved by VAST or by the organization that owns or manages the related business account.
You may only use the app for legitimate business and administrative purposes.
2. User Accounts
Users may be required to log in using credentials provided or approved by the organization.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must not share your account with any unauthorized person.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you must notify the system administrator or support team immediately.
3. Permissions and Access
The features available to each user depend on the permissions assigned to their account.
VAST or the relevant organization may update, restrict, suspend, or remove user access at any time for security, operational, or administrative reasons.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the app for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
Attempt to access data, accounts, or features that you are not authorized to use.
Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app or its systems.
Upload or submit false, harmful, or misleading information.
Share confidential business, customer, or system information with unauthorized parties.
5. Business Data
The app may display or process business-related data such as orders, products, customers, reports, stock information, employee activity, and other administrative records.
You must handle all data accessed through the app responsibly and in accordance with your organization’s policies.
6. App Availability
We aim to keep the app available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The app may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.
7. Updates and Changes
We may update the app, add new features, remove features, or modify existing functionality at any time.
Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated version and any related changes.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights related to the app, including design, software, logos, content, and system structure, belong to VAST or its licensors.
You are not granted ownership of any part of the app.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAST is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
Users are responsible for ensuring that actions taken through the app are accurate and authorized.
10. Termination
Access to the app may be suspended or terminated if a user violates these Terms, misuses the app, leaves the organization, or no longer requires access.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the country or jurisdiction where VAST or the relevant operating organization provides the service, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
